About
With a combined experience of over three decades across various 5-star hotel brands, Paloma Quadros & Jonathan Sequeira founded Yomorebi Hospitality Consulting LLP in June 2019 in Goa, India. Since then, we have handled training & consultation assignments predominantly for hospitality businesses in the three, four and five-star hotel categories as well as allied businesses such as Lifestyle clubs, Casinos, Entertainment, Education, Electric Vehicles, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Building Materials, and the Indian Navy.
We are empaneled as a Training Partner under the Food Safety Training & Certification (FoSTaC) programme of FSSAI to conduct trainings under FoSTaC programme for PAN India in all the available FoSTaC Courses.
For social initiatives, we are the creators of The Helping To Light Initiative and The Great Chef Culinary Challenge Goa.
In our belief to help people come into the light, we also collaborate with The Goa School and COOJ Mental Health Foundation Goa.
Paloma Quadros
Paloma brings her expertise in hotel operations across global brands having completed her hospitality education in Switzerland and the United States of America. She has handled leadership roles in key operations departments prior to co-founding Yomorebi. Paloma has a curious mind and an adventurous spirit and enjoys her early morning coffee, travel, good food and swimming in the ocean.
Jonathan Sequeira
Jonathan has been a hospitality learning & development professional with some of the most iconic global hospitality brands. He is a leadership author and has a double Masters degree in Psychology & Business. Jonathan is a guitarist and enjoys rock music, trekking and beating the sun daily followed by a generous dose of exercise and reading.
